How do I collect the haste berries ?

I’m standing in the square where haste berries are but I can’t pick them up ?

Like with any other resource node: annex province. You can do that with an outpost too.

Ohh ok thanks ! I hope I can expand enough before quest runs out ! I can’t seem to pick that square when I choose to expand

That is where outposts can be helpful. When you are out of range a city upgrade or certain Imperium perks can help.
