Even the provincial special building stuff didn't seem to add to stability.
that is only part true I believe, you can lose the province completely according to the stuff after level 3 or so. I would slap the overlord building thing on it. According to that you won't lose the city to revolts.
I've completed a couple of games as Dark, I've never ran into any issues and never cared about stability other than I never selected any option that said "Gain -XX stability for Y turns".
exactly so after you have that you no longer have to worry and problem solved. They get much better city bonuses due to it. I wish all factions had an option to opt to the dark affinity stability only
There is NO penalty to income once you have built the correct building which you can do so in a few turns. Zero!
Town Hall II: Dread Spire
- Negative City Stability states give no economic penalties
Just build the 2nd Town Hall lol
