Is there a tomes list?

Is there a menu where you can look through all of the tomes?

Click the ! in the top right corner. Then on the tome section.

There's the encyclopedia (F1) but also from the tome selection screen there's a button to show tome library where you can filter for all tomes, available tomes, owned tomes, or show only specific affinities. You can use the library as a much easier way to navigate and pick tomes when you unlock a new tome.

as the first post said, top right corner, than tome selection. it is the purple tab with a book.

if you are ingame and you completed a tome than it should bring up the new tome selection menu, one of the buttons available is to view all tomes. this should bring you to a similar list.
