Hoy, hoy ~ you are not alone with experiencing the 500 internal server error code. I am assuming boldly with how many players awesomely contribute their findings the load on the server was not too much - not only on the multiplayer server.
What does this mean? Turning around game turns quickly has me on the internet at 500-600 Mb speed after 20 days in any one month since May, which is when I began playing Age of Wonders 4.
Ever try playing a game of AoW4 using 500Mb speed?
What about internet banking, researching and file transfer?

I'm sorry but this sounds ridiculous, game developed by your studio is generating the crash report and fails to upload it to your game studio servers. I don't understand why can't you fix your crash reporting setup instead of asking players to upload crash dumps manually? I <3 this game but this nonsense with broken crash reporting looks like the only unprofessional aspect of it.
I'm also having this issue a lot. The game crashing are one thing, okay Dev needs to work those out as expected. The crash reporter crashing is just irresponsible. No, I should not need a "work around" for the file size or anything. Either have it hander a larger file size or trim down what is reported to fit.
"Look, we have an automated crash reporter/data collector (8 bytes) and nothing is reported! We doing great!"
Please fix this.
