How to build roads?
I have the technology required. I select an army and enable the road building. I move the army around and still nothing is being built.
How do you build roads?

Zoom in closer and you can see them. They look more like a dirt path than roads. You may also need to rotate your view.

click hte icon that says to and just run around
you'll end up as poor as ontario canada and doug fords govt cause MA ROADS
