Golden Chalice above Iron Vein
Theres a very rich iron vein in the underground which i have annexed. it has a golden chalice hovering over it and a symbol of a golden chalice on the map. there are no quests or such, moving a hero or the leader on the hex does nothing. WHAT is this!? what does it mean?

Sounds like a bug to me. The golden chalice is a quest marker. If you're sure there's no quest linked to that deposit, it's got to be a bug.
