Thanks! I just realized that the pronouns were right, apparently the game just decided to use the wrong ones in the victory screen. Not a big deal, but good to know it's a bug - for closure. :D
Not really. It just allows you to make custom titles and set the appropriate he/she tag for how your leader is referred to in quests, dialogue etc. It's quite required actually especially for Dragons and Eldritch Sovereigns after their implementation.
At the same time, it allows you to change the physical appearance of a leader to one gender and be referred to as the opposite, but that's more of a side effect rather than the main feature. Of course this can mistakenly lead to the above issue if you're not careful with your pronoun/title choices while navigating character creation windows. Easy to forget channing back if you mess with it too much. :p

I don't think you understand what pointless means, lots folks like this feature and been a topic plenty before. Useless to you, but lots do enjoy it.
