I have encountered mind control twice and used several times. 60% chance seems correct as it will not trigger always but not 50:50 either.
Alright no need for the sass, I know how it should work but it seems to be not working correctly for everyone.
Also even if it would work correctly I still don't think it would be a fun mechanic because of how easy it is to use/pull off without like any risk at all while also being incredibly powerful.
in previus games most but one dominate was melee or 2 range skill where you also had to hammer the resists and moral down to have it even land at a 25% rate on most units over tire 1
