PSA: Racial Mount affinities

I looked at the wiki at work, hoping there was more uncovered but I seem to have dialed something in that might help my fellow Godir in their conquests, not labelled on the wiki or talked about so I'll fill in some blanks for someone hopefully. The racial mount picks for a races Body trait alter the cultural unit roster. In a few cases some units BECOME cavalry types with the enhanced mount. Whereas units in the tomes already with mounts simply have the racial mounts added to them.

Feudal/Dark: No change, as they already have access to T3 shock cavalry units, just gain better mount traits and HP, Scouts gain better mounts too.
Arcane: No changes observed, at all. Aside from the scout unit.
Barbarian: The T2 archer unit gains mounts, along with scout.
High: Their T3 battlemage gains the special mount. +Scout
Industrial: T3 Fighter gains mounts. +Scout

Barbarian and high cultures could seemingly benefit the most, as with the Tome of Beast cavalry enhancements with the defensive tactic mind trait makes some bunched up cavalry lines pretty nasty and cost effective T3 units. Go with the Subjugation order tome for some really scary tyrant knights for your front lines and go to work. Industrial seems kind of lame, but makes for absurdly tanky cav units, Especially since you're only other mounted option is the scout (with crossbows) and tyrant knights.

GLHF guys, and to the devs Y'all really knocked it out of the park with this one, how about a new unit for each culture to celebrate those unexpectedly tasty sales? ;)

If you have no mount and take the trait the highest tier unit capable of riding gets a mount. Barbs have shock, and dince its not lance, no mount here. So archer gets it instead.

For mystic it should also be the t3. Battlemage i think.

Here's a clip of a discussion about it, kind of. It's not exactly the same topic that the OP is talking about but it does show how all cultures get a mounted unit from the mount body traits.
