How do you make the item forge?

I can't seem to find any info on how or when you build the item forge to make items for your heroes.

Is there not one? I just assumed there was. It was a big part of AOW:3. Did they take that feature out?

AoW4 is the downgraded version of AoW3

They just havent sold us all the dlc yet is all :P

They took some things away that was gamebreaking op. Some people like to be op, so you win some you loose some.

I think it all depends upon how powerful the items are that you can make...

If you can't make items more powerful than what you find, finding items becomes more important, while you can still forge lower tier items for your weaker heroes.

I think you should be able to make at least tier 1 and 2 items. Also the AI seems to cheat, it seems like they get an item on average 1 item per turn.
