Poor necromancy got shafted till mid game.
To be fair, getting free units each battle was quite op in 3 and SM.
Moreover, the mechanics of collecting a golem from skeletons hints that such mechanics once existed. Because now there is no difference whether you build a golem in the city at once or make two skeletons and a spell. This is so and so - 30 souls.
Where fun isnt allowed.
Only multiplayer balance.
It *might* be justified from a balance standpoint, given all the ways necromancy can raise and exploit or buff undead during combat, though. Adding on the ability to automatically get loads of skeletons that can be fused into T2 bone golems might have been too much to handle.
Basically, I miss the old days when you just had limited multiplayer.
Where Single Player and Co-Op was the focus of most games.
This is why we cannont have nice things.
♥♥♥♥ multiplayer balance.
I want to build an army using bards and necromancy.
