Does Feudal Stand Together Stack With Wolf Mount Pack Tactics?
For a 40% damage buff per adjacent unit?

yes it works well -I did a elfkin druid play through with animal units with Pack Tactics + scout units early. Tome of Beasts Wildlife Sanctuary improvement really helps get you started if you try this route. Dont forget to use the Wolf Mount debuff too.
