Did someone tried to create wood elves ?
i'm wondering if they should be Barbarian or Feodal

I did my with the barb society. The blight damage from barb trait help with the nature spell books.

probably best to just wait for the nature culture from dlc... it would probably be the best fit (once the fey dlc is released which adds nature culture)
