Weapon attribute icons?

Hi,
Under the weapon damage value there are some icons that I haven't found a description or tooltip for. So far I've seen some circles, filled or empty, and "waves" ))). Any idea what do those signify?

[Looty]

Waves mean that the attack is repeatable and the unit can attack 3 times with 3 action points. If the circle is black/empty its a free action. And if its filled it costs the corresponding number of action points.

So one full circle and two empty ones means it spends one AP and attacks thrice? Is that right?
