Download Issue
The game is 98% downloaded and it stopped downloading. Every time I click resume it just stops instantly. I tried restarting stream and that didn't fix it. I am not out of space or anything. Any idea?

I tried downloading updates for other games I got on steam, and all of those are working. So it seems just like this game.

Just great, I tried clearing the cache and that didn't fix it either, so now it is broken at 0% downloaded, instead of broken at 98% downloaded.

Mine gave a false positive for the launcher exe on AVG so I added the launcher to exceptions and am currently downloading again.

Restarting my computer seems to work, I will check anti virus if it gets stuck at 98% again.
