У кого та же ошибка, как решали, в чем проблема?
Проверил целостность файлов, все норм.
net.framework поставлен.

Steam was restarted, still have 3221225595 error situation.
Could I ask which version of windows are you running?
Windows 7 professional for example, why? All paradox games are still running on it, even

After installing the hotfix, I have an error "could not finde a supported GRU".
Drivers for the video card, the latest version. Geforce gtx 1080ti graphics card

Age of Wonders 4 is a DX12 game, and Windows 7 64-bit doesn't properly support DX12 I'm afraid.

В диспетчере устройств нужно отключить дополнительную или встроенную видеокарту, чтобы в видеоадаптерах включенной осталась только основная видеокарта.

ОМ:
если в диспетчере устройств только одна видеокарта, ее нужно удалить и после перезагрузки переустановить драйвер.
Это помогло мне.

if there is only one video card in the device manager, you need to remove it and reinstall the driver after restarting.
It helped me.
