Age of Wonders 4 vs Baldurs Gate 3

I know Age of Wonders 2 and i never played baldurs before. But its hard to pick between these 2

Well the one is a war game and the other one is a rpg, and its possible to play both.

Baldur's Gate is a Dungeons and Dragons-like fantasy character RPG where you take your team on a journey and use your skills to overcome challenges and interact with NPCs. As far as fantasy character RPGs go, BG3 is the king of the hill.

AoW4 is a TBS 4X (lite) strategy game with tactical battles. It's come quite a way since AoW2 so liking that game is no guarantee that you'll enjoy this. BUT it is sufficiently similar for you to be able to decide whether you prefer THIS type of gameplay over a fantasy character RPG.

Maybe both. As they both incorporate TBS ( Turn Based Battles. )

But i agree BG3 and DoS2 are on different levels.

Different genre but in terms of polish, content and bang for your bucks, BG3 hands down.
