Yes., Sanctuary does act as Spell Jammer too. Have you looked for that too?
I don't see any. Does the spell jammer show up on the map with the text "Spell Jammer"? Because I've been looking for it for like 10 minutes straight. I also cannot see any sanctuaries. And the enemy domain isn't that big.
Yes. It has a description like any other Province Improvement. If you cannot see it, you might need to scout again, as maybe the view you have is outdated.
Only if you saw it when you explored the region. Like, what you added in your initial thread: it does not work like that.
The shadow trait perk checks the map once. It only shows you the map, but does not affect the actual fog. You get to keep the sensing of units. But you still have to scout again to get the current lay of the land.
they might have had something that could block it on the battle, though as far as i know only the Mage Bane can block it and i'm not sure it can be summoned or recruited, it's possible there are other units that can block spells that i'm still not aware of though and you'd need to kill them to be able to cast spells
Thanks for sharing. I think you checking that gives not only yourself peace of mind, but also shows others that sometimes it is just not that visible.
