can anyone confirm nothing ever happens with high instability?
Of course, Dark also has less stability-producing buildings in the first place.
dark ignores stability by building their hall building to tier 2, that will make it so that even at the lowest stability possible the economy of your city won't get any penalties... buuut you also have to consider that at the lowest lvl of stability provinces can revolt and break off, and to fix that you need the tier 3 hall and then you build a overlord tower so that can't happen
dark also get the unique buildings that give you extra mana and research which are both very good resources to have and they also get extra bonuses for both resources with prisoners and dead hero bodies, instead of being limited to having that bonus only on the crypts and prisons from the wizard tower. That especially can escalate to a giant boost to mana and research depending on how many heroes you find to kill which is very useful
Guess I'll try that.
Lowers income
Can cause province to become infestation which will make your city lose population and province.
