Perfectionist Artisans affects Outposts...

Just discovered that with Perfectionist Artisan, Outposts with the free Wooden Wall and a Workcamp have zero upkeep. Watchtower makes them give +5 gold.
Of course 225 cost for 5 net income with no applicable multipliers is crap but you do get some tiles for no population (and hence no Imperium cost). 1 research/mine + whatever tile bonus is pretty good for that amount of gold.

So of course I started spamming outposts literally everywhere...

Even if there was nothing worthwhile but 1 mine upgrade on an Iron Deposit.

It doesn't help when spamming outposts on giant maps is LOL income.
Stability? What's that, got nothing to do with me.

5 gold is also a nice subsidy for teleporter when you finally get it. Obviously not worth even with the Astral perk but +5 gold / +5 mana makes the cost of teleporter less painful and teleporters are useful in themselves.

Even better, AI enemies love sieging and razing outposts tying up armies for turns and turns so I can muster a reaction force. Or just nuke them into oblivion with map spells with all that mana from conduits built at outposts.
