The current method is pointless (except to see how you rank for a score victory)
Edited to fix some English
At least in Civ*, there was a numbered score. You gained 'points' for every action, build a new building, settle a new city, build/rank up a unit, and so on; And that gave you an overall idea of how well you where doing against the other Empires.
This game however... I could wipe both other empires off the map with ease, and they would struggle to do the same; But it ranks me as 3rd.
I mean I built a 'Border guard' along the coast so they couldn't even land on my side of the map without me knowing; And I'm 3rd!? It makes no sense what-so-ever.
*Civ 5 and before, never played 6 so I don't know about that one.
