So uh..post game?
How do I play the end game content without starting a new game? New game plus is just busy-work. Games like this I play once and move on. There's literally no enjoyment watching a movie over again when you literally just finished watching it for the first time.

You simple load your save. All post-game is within the Reverie Garden.

Nope, the newest save is just before the final battle. At that point you cannot enter the garden. I just want to finish the 4th section, if I can't the game is dead to me and I'll just move on to the next game.

Then you failed to save after the credits rolled. Gonna have to refight the boss and properly save.

Nope, I went through the dialogue describing what you can do post-game (and saved) and arrived back at the main menu.

Then load that save or try loading the clear save.

Already checked, that is the newest save (including auto-saves). I guess it's a dead game, moving on. Out of all the half-assed ♥♥♥♥ this game franchise does, this is what gets me. Ffs.

Shame cause there's actually 2 more levels of the Reverie plus the true ending.

If I start a "new game" can I goto the reverie and just not replay the game I already played?

Weird. After closing and rerunning the game, the clear save now appears at the bottom with the auto-saves.

So just beat it. I have to say, I still liked the game but.... the day dreams were a slog, and none of the mini-games were fun in any way shape or form. It's like someone said "This is the last game we'll ever make so lets dump all our unfinished junk into the reverie tower!". Said junk would be the mini-games that feel like they just visited game dev colleges and asked the students to make mini games and didn't give them enough time. The day dreams just feel like the writers wrote too much and just stuffed it in. I hope next time they cut writing budget by 60% and increase the design budget by they same amount so we have more gameplay mechanics. Hell they could probably decrease the game length by 20 hrs by not having all the characters repeat the same line worded differently at the end of every dialogue. "Alright we got this!", "We can do this everyone!", "We must work together!"... shut up we get it, take me to the game. These games are way to long winded. That's fine for a book or a movie, not a video game that's supposed to be fun as apposed to homework or chores.
