That's actually just how the game looks in Japanese. This like press any button, beginner and load are in English for the jp version. I don't know why bus that's just the way it is. I think we have to wait another 5 hours or so die this update to go live.

I've not gotten an update yet by restarting steam so they're either late or it's not yet release time.

Most likely in two hours forty-five minutes when the Steam store updates. That's the usual time.
