Importing save from Zero?

I'm just about finished with my first run through Zero. Will I be able to import my save into Azure? If so, what carries over? I assume I need to get all the DP for best results, but what about levels, crafts, or items?

Level is carried over but the max is 45. Depending on DP you get a bunch of Mira at the start. Certain character bonding attributes are also carried over plus fishing rank. Only craft that carries over is the combination crafts. Also depending on requests you did there may also be minor dialogue changes for some NPCs.

Isn't there another new game+ dungeon in Azure? Will your bonding event in Zero affect any scenes in Azure?

Trying to decide if I should use my file from Zero, or someone else's NG+ file from Azure.

I've been told that there is a NG+ exclusive dungeon in Azure. If it's anything like the Zero one, though, it'll probably be full of high-level enemies and make you over-leveled for the final dungeon. But that's fine. There is no NG+ dungeon, but in NG+ there are 5 very high level bonus super-bosses in the final chapter, and if you beat them all, there's a 6th to fight. Fighting them all at the end is essentially required for the level 120 achievement.

Who you chose as final in Zero I think gets mentioned at the start of Chapter 1, and the one you chose gets 2 points towards the final event in Azure... but the final event in Azure lets you choose which final event to see out of the ones you have points towards.

If you saw all three endings in Zero, I think it should carry over all the points and on the train you get a choice for which person you saw.

Do I understand correctly, I can either import a save from Zero or a new game+ save from Azure? As I understand it there are bonus scenes for importing a Zero save. Do you still get them from a new game+ save?

Obviously I haven't played this specific release yet, but if it's like every other Trails game it will ask separately for clear save from Azure for NG+ and clear save from Zero for import bonuses.

I'm guessing I should probably reinstall zero before starting a save on azure to make sure everything transfers over right?

azure doesn't have an extra dungeon for new game plus but it does have 5 new bosses at the end and if you beat them all you get a secret boss at the end who gives a rare accessory depending on what difficulty you're playing on. However if you did the extra dungeon in zero you get some extra dialogue in the paralogue for it.

Hi, I have just started Azure. I played Zero without any NG+, so I watched all three bonding episodes in one playthrough, but for the clear data save I chose the timeline in which I had Elie bonding scene
Now, how do I know that the game remembers Elie boding scene? I saw the records in Azure and both Elie, Tio, Randy have 1 red heart... Isn't Elie the character that must have the most of hearts? I hope I haven't messed something up

All characters for whom you have the 'final bonding event' Record/Achievement in Zero (and for which you bought Enigma Covers too) will start with 1 heart, so you didn't mess it up. :-)

There should be a difference with regards to the level of the characters Combo Craft with Lloyd, but I'm not sure if that also related to the Records/Achievements you got, or if it actually matters which specific final bonding event you carry over.

Also, at the end of the Prologue you will get the question who among your teammates is the most important to you (or something like that); I think this also has an effect on the Combo Craft, but it definitely has no effect on the Bonding Points (Hearts).
