Hospital Railing Bug

I'm playing Trails from Zero for the first time on my pc. Everything has been running super smooth up until this point. I'm inspecting the various railings on the hospital roof in Chapter 1. 4 of the railings are fine, but when I go through the scene inspecting the railing on the far right, the characters end up on top of each other and can't move, effectively ending my play-through. any suggestions?

If you still have this issue, setting FPS to 60 solved it for me.

Did you ever figure it out?

I was only able to progress after setting FPS to 30

For me it fix when i use the turbo mode and move in verey directions.
