Missed some side quests in chapter 2, is that bad?

Hey so i took a break from playing the game and came back and did the dungeon in chapter 2, didnt realise from that point id be locked out of the side quests.

I missed: Fishing For Ingredients, Testaments Training, Rare Herb Retrieval and E. Crossbell Highway Monster Extermination.

Will this make some side quests in the future not appear? I came into this game wanting to do all side quests because I skipped most of them in the Sky games and people say the side quests of these games are really good so I wanted to see them all and not make the same mistake I did with Sky.

if your only aiming to play for the main story and not going for a 100% achievement its okay

the only downside of i think from all the side quest that you missed was a 1rank dp rewards i think? here the reference for the rewards:

Would've liked an achievement I guess but it's not the end of the world.

So this doesnt lock me out of future quests? I'm mainly concerned about the Training one because I remember there being a similar one in chapter 1, so I hope I haven't just ruined that whole quest line.
