Any way to rebind the confirm button?

Due to an injury i'm currently having to go one handed and since TitS was able to rebind everything into one hand range and i still need time to kill I was gonna jump to Zero.
but lo and behold, the only buttonnot changeable from the menu is confirm- leading to a big leap across the keyboard when navigating menus.

is there any way (changing ini files, mods, tools etc) that lets me rebind the thing to the more convenient spacebar?

found it out myself - if you disable Mouse Menu navigation you can rebind L-Click to whatever
