It was probably some point of no return thing, or me simply overlooking something. I was *pretty* thorough, but mistakes can be made.
Times sure are tough, aren't they folks? That's why your ever-generous truth-slinging Scoop hands out the news for free. (And why waste your money on that Badger Co. mouth-piece rag, the Julesvale Gazette, am I right?)
One thing we can count on is each other. A pillar of community I'd like to highlight is Old Man Randall. Good ol' Randall has been a part of Julesvale for so long nobody remembers when he arrived. He often jokes he's been here from the start! He pours his heart and soul into this town, but more importantly, his fortune.
Even before the mining rush began, you could count on Randall to hand out ingots of amsidian. Whether or not you really needed it, he was always happy to make everyone a little bit richer. Where does his wealth come from? How long has he really been here? He's a private guy, and I think for all his generosity, we can afford him a bit of privacy.
I will say, I do wish you could redo chapters to get unlockables like this, instead of having to replay the whole game for them. It's frustrating knowing I won't be able to get the "Collect All Journals" achievement unless I ditch my first run and instead continue on with my second run (which, since I played on easy to catch up, has an unfair advantage in coins and the like). Hopefully it's something they add in the future.
Here's hoping for a chapter select or similar fix!
