How scary is this game?

Hi all, I really love the look of this game, I've seen a few clips on YouTube and it looks like my exact kind of thing, but I am terrified of horror games. I was wondering, for the horror sections of the game, are there any chase sequences? How scary are the horror sections? Is it more of an atmosphere of fear than an actual threat going after you?

For reference, I really can't play games like Amnesia the terrify me, I bought Alien:Isolation but was too scared to play it, and Omori I didn't find scary at all.

There are no jumpscares aside from a few sudden door slams, but the areas do get kind of spooky in the later half
