Different players rating after latest update

Hi all, have a question regarding players rating. Once I open my players in My Team menu it shows higher ratings for all players but once I open Game Plan it shows that all players have lover rating, what is the issue here ?

the game is messing with you only delete the game its not meant for you

Managers give a boost to stats of players when they are in the game plan and the managers numerically highest playingstyle is selected as team playing style.

Buy a decent manager with at least 85 proficiency for your playstyle, then their ratings should be even higher.
