Can't start the game

After I clicked Play, it says running and then after a while, it goes back to play. How can i fix this?

same, a error window pop up and cant play (map cant be found ...or something like that )

1) Delete the XINPUT1_3.dll file from the System32 folder (C:\Windows\System32).

2) Delete the XINPUT1_3.dll file from the SysWOW64 folder (C:\Windows\SysWOW64).

3) Download DirectX (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35).

4) Restart your PC.
