Cross play between PC and Playstation???
Does anyone know if cross-platform will be added? and when will it happen?

I wouldnt dare.
On one platform there is already lag.
More platforms seem to me like a complete nightmare right now.

I think you can wait a long time.
Master League is also not coming in a short period right now as we speak.

Konami is busy with script and selling new players for coins
