Please help Anyone

Hi everyone,

I am facing an error when I open the game and the weekly update gets applied, the game downloads the update fully 100% and then the game loads and shows error : Unable to Implement live update data (An unexpected error occurred while communicating with the efootball servers).

My pc has all the necessary requirements to run this game and even my computer specifications are way much better than the recommended specifications. The game used to run without any issues but I have been facing the issue since a week now and the Konami support team is looking into it.

If anyone of you have faced this issue, it would be much appreciated if you would let me know how to fix this issue.

i had the same problem, go to setting and try to "clear the download cache", after that you start the game, but better clear the live update before you jump into the menu, this works for me, i'd been grinding any possible way for a week and this worked. hope this helping you.
