if u are experiencing that issue " An unexpected problem occurred while communicating with the 2024 eFootball server. " Just go to Steamapps>common>efootball>Binaries>Win64 then right click on efootball.exe and make sure run as admin is checked

another thing is clear the files in documents. few week ago the update file got messed up for me at least, causing this no connect issue.

delete all inside:
C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\KONAMI\eFootball\ST\SaveData

then run game as admin.

Go to Windows Defender, and allow the game eFootball.exe to access controlled folders!

Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Controlled folder access > Allow an app > eFootball.exe

guess i dodged that by installing lightweight antivirus everytime i install fresh windows haha

yesterday i also experienced this problem after reinstalling, until finally i found a solution:

- delete efootball account in steam (steam -> efootball -> manage -> remove from account), - make efootball exe run in run as administrator, - delete konami folder in documents
