Report a translation problem
The first thing I did was Uninstall Steam, then delete all the residue left from it as follows.
Press the WIN+R command, then type %temp%, select all the files (they are junk files) and delete them permanently.
Check that there are no steam files left in %Appdata%
(Roaming, local and localLow folders)
Reinstall steam
Before opening the game, what you are going to do is go to the Documents folder C:\Users\your username\Documents\KONAMI
and delete the efootball folder.
Check that you deleted everything from the trash and then start the game.
