Game keeps crashing after the recent update

Hello friends, I have a MSI laptop GV62 8RD GTX 1050 TI 16GB ram.

Game used to play perfectly fine before on medium to high settings but after the April 18th update it starts stuttering and then crashes my pc , no buttons work so i have to tun my pc off and on again.

Tried lowering graphic settings and uninstalling and re-installing the game. Nothing works so far.
Any solutions for this problem?

It works in my other acc
but crashes in start on my main acc XD

ı deleted the game then download again it is fixed
