you have sus software on pc installed maybe? cheatengine or even rewasd these days can be flagged.
maybe vpn cause or computer time/date not set/synced correctly.
have u tried fresh reinstall? manual removing any left over files of anti cheat and efootball and their caches.
just some thoughts, might help or not.

Try to format your PC. You might have a malicious software such as a Training to have fun in a single player game that is blocking you.

If it works, get back here and tell us.
