How to change controller layout

I'm on windows 11 and I'm trying to change the default xbox controller layout to ps4 controller layout since it matches my controller, which is a ps4 controller

Anyone knows how? Thanks

Isn't there a way to change the layout somewhere in the settings of steam or in-game?
