[FIX] "Unable to implement live data update".
For those facing the "Unable to implement live data update", this is a guide on how to fix it:

- navigate to `C:\ProgramData\KONAMI\`;
- delete the only folder inside, namely `..\eFootball\`;
- trigger the LIVE UPDATE by entering any menu that requires a live update on running eFootball or just restart the game to trigger it automatically.

It worked! Thanks so much for the advice. I emailed Konami support but as you'd expect they did not do anything for 3 days...
