You don't have to put every setting on low. Just the two. The others didn't have a noticable impact for me.
If you are experiencing fps drops, take this possibility into consideration, in my case it was not a performance issue related to the gpu/cpu but rather some problem with the monitor hertz rate configured in the system/drivergpu, if you are experiencing fps drops frames try windowed mode and if that fixes it probably finding a "monitor hertz rate compatible with the game" will do the trick. Ill try the tips with shadow etc. to get a few more frames.
Change your monitor setting to 60Hz. I have the same issue. Konami very bad at optimization.
