FORCE CLOSE IN THE BEGINNING
Why is it that every time I try to enter the game and when I first see the game it always forces close when I press confirm button

now I always play on another account and there is no issue whatsoever, but on this account there is still a force close every time

Open File Explorer:
This PC > Documents > KONAMI > efootball
Delete all file & folder inside efootball folder.
It work for me
