Cannot Play online match

Guys i have a little problem.
I cannot play any online match in the game,when the game are in matchmaking screen, an error occurred "Opponent connection failed".
i just try to erase and re install live update,reset my modem,disable p2p from settings,create firewall rules for efootball.
can anyone help me?

same here can create online co op match nad join to room.....i verify filles and still same problem
