Offline tournament or teams or any ♥♥♥♥?

guys is there an offline (local) mode where you can create a custom cup or league and select teams & international teams (like any basic football game on the galaxy)? All I found is a trial match with limited teams!!!!! do you have to buy them by points or its just an online games????
