Heavy script since last update. Not recommended anymore.

Well season 1 was fun. It was mostly about skill.

Since the last update the heavy scripting is back. It is not as much as in Fifa - but very frustrating levels.

Have to also change my review for negative. They ruined up a promising game in search of pleasing everyone and thus trying to gain more micro transactions.

Oh my lord this scripting is actually so bad that now I am actually laughing at it.

I am 1st division and played against 7 div player who just smashes the ball forward to the closest player up. So very easy to play against. Except -IT IS NOT. Every single pass from him goes past my players OR bounces off my player to the opponent to a perfect goal spot. In the game NONE of my players could intercept the ball. He had team like 3 star players and I had in my defending half players like van Dijk, Guardiola, Rudiger, TAA, Davies, Henderson....

Also, his Dybala without progress was FASTER WITH THE BALL than my maxed out Dybala with arrow up.

This was the worst scripting I have ever had with a Konami OR EA product.

This is huge pile of itself. Few more games like this and I am out. Worst update ever.

Just had the next game the same. I counted that my players were nutmegged by normal passes 11 times. The players dont intercept when there is scripting or handicap. I make goal 1-0 and then it becomes unplayable. I am way better but passes seem to go off all the time or the opponents players snap like a rubber band to take the passes. Then my player makes the oddest own goal at 90th minute. Heading a ball alone 5m radius -> ball goes to shoulder and own goal.

This time the script was on my side because on extra time I get very easy script goal. No fun.

During 1.0 these kinda matches were easily 5-1 or sthg for me. Now the scripting tries to make them even and not butchering wins. BUT IT IS NOT THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ POINT OF A FOOTBALL GAME. This is literally taking a huge pee on your "customer". Yeah. Have to admit. I bought 3 coins with steam wallet leftovers. Never again. This ♥♥♥♥ is never getting my money.

Yep I feel you, i'm played a div 7 player and Kahn just go FULL spiderman,saved everything from 2-3 metres away ( against my 80-85+ finishers like Immobile or Harvetz) and then the guy even his played so badly still ALL the 50-50 situations was favoring his players and ofcourse scores stupid goals.

And the next game I am against a div 2 player.
My controls seem nice and normal. Players respond. I make easy 3-0 but there is no joy. I can see that the opponent has the same terrible script now on. He cant do anything.

I dont want to lose NOR win like this. Shame.

A striker receives the ball in the empty space in front of goal area, the goalkeeper throws himself on his feet from behind and the striker loses his balance and the ball and there is no penalty, then Ronaldinho runs out of the half-court and even the defender crosses his line still rolls the ball into the goal like nobody is there..
This is €-Footbal now.

I dont meet many cheaters and if they try, I get the win.
One cheater was succesfull... Only one...
Message unforeseen circumstances..

I experience a huge difference in script when playing with a lower team.
If I play with my Ajax squad (rating +- 83), I get a lot of stupid script.
When I play with my top squad (rating +-90), there is less script.
I you want to win you certainly need a top squad otherwise the script will haunt you

play with featured or paid legendary player - you'll have the script working for you. lol

This is unbelievable.

All the time this heavy scripting. Going to div 1. Needed 6 points from last 4 matches so i reach 22 points (all wins and one draw). Magic! Nothing works anymore and opponents modric is faster with a ball again than my fresh Vic Jr.... Van Dijk got nutmegged from interceptions all the time. Gifts to opponent.......

All 4 last games I scored first. Last 2 games I hit the post 5 (2+3) times.

In the end i just and just make above relegation line.

And now it is still going. Needless to say, opponents were smth like 5-7 div teams which one could play well but ALL of them had premium content (Neymar, Messi.....).

It is not fun. You lose it is because of script - you win it is the same.
It is now officially only p2w and more scripted than Fifa. That is something. I am just glad this was not published under the PES-name.

Back to PES it is for me.
