30 fps Lock
Game is locked at 30fps how do I change it to 60fps.

Hardware Info:
FX 8350
RX 480
16 GB Ram

Can't seem to find the correct setting.

You can't
Its fixed that way 30fps for cutscenes and replays and 60fps max for gameplay.

With this extremely old hardware you wont reach 60 FPS even on minimum.

I mean there is no setting in the menus and the settings.exe to change the FPS or V-Sync

V-sync should be set through your gpu control panel.

It's 60 FPS for me but I have a 120Hz screen with freesync so it looks janky as all hell. Can't believe a game released in 2021 is locked at 60fps

Same here. Unplayable.
Jump from 4K 120hz to less than HD 60hz.
I'll give another try in the next update.

I can't set mine to 60fps at all it's locked at 30fps all the time
