Is there a way to play with the other characters?

I think he want more characters to replace Mihalych (the main protagonist) in his own vehicles (so more 3d models/skins to unlock with cash), he probably want to play with Joe Boomer, Big Cheese, etc...

yeah thats what i asked, i didnt understand the other answer.
Is there a way to play with woods, mass, than, etc?
