Dont know if this is exactly what I should be pointing out - but in the fanchat I found ITSTRAP - when typing it in the game TAKES AWAY 5K from your bank account. Dont try to fly into that one like me.

The AEZAKMI one was close - that one was for no cops in GTA:SA - what you have to do instead is HESOYAM (Gave 250K in GTA:SA) and then it gives you 5K of ingame money
