Stuck on Load Screen

I've tried starting up the game a few times, but it gets stuck on the loading screen, the gem is filled, but continually spinning for several minutes. My laptop isn't the powerful, but it's still able to run a fair few games like Risk of Rain 2 and Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Edition.

Is this a bug or would my laptop just not be that powerful?

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:

1. Right-click the game in your library
   
2. Go to 'Properties'
   
3. Go to the local files tab
   
4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'

If the issues persists, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below: 

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R 
   
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field. 
   
3. Click OK 
   
4. Click Save All Information 
   
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt) 
   
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find. 
   
7. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
   
8. Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply

Unfortunately, your Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620graphics card is under the minimum specification for this title.
We would recommend you upgrade your machine to the minimum requirements listed below so that you can run the game with no issues.
