Editing Shop Decorations

How do I edit my shop's decorations? I seem to have forgotten completely and what I'm trying isnt working

What kind of decorations are you trying to change? Wallpaper, floor, doors, windows, lights, and your main sales counter all have a tab, so are the ambiance items. The types of counters you put items on are on their own tab.

If you're talking about the items that you've crafted, but instead of selling them you're using them to decorate, that's the little backpack looking icon to the right of the lighting tab and to the left of the display counters.

I'm in the decorations tab that I THINK you're looking for in this screenshot:

So, this is actually a problem I recently ran into, where I was trying to do the tutorial "Decorate your shop" quest, and it ended up soft locking my game to the point I had to restart (Thankfully I was still in the tutorial stage). For some, you can simply quit to the main menu and resume the save and it'll reappear the button to decorate. Good luck, and here's hoping you don't have to restart like me!
