Bug: Unresponsive Esc button when in shop menu

Got stuck in the shop menu because of the esc button being non functional. Worked fine outside of game, couldn't click the button either so I got stuck.

I'm also stuck in the shop craft menu. I even used every bit of resources I had just to see if it'd let me leave once I had no more materials left to craft, but I'm just stuck here with a boatload of baskets...

Same on Steam Deck. Neither the B button nor clicking on the X button in the top right corner closes the menu.

Happened to me on Day 2 during tutorial. It just softlocks the game, neither Esc or B on controller worked. Had to Alt+F4. Luckily, the game saves often, not just at the end/start of the day like most games of this genre. So I didn't lose too much progress.

Yeah, I have the same bug und I cannot do anything in my shop now...
Hope they fix it soon.

I got this error after helping the blue stegasaur. After alt+F4 it backed my game up to the end of the last day, forcing me to do another day 1 opening. Then, when I tried to sleep Adi suddenly yelled at me though several 'walls' that he had something to show me outside. When I walked out, it started over the next day and after doing that shop day I had Adi's Custom order but NEVER got that tutorial or explination.

Somehow this bug caused me to sequence break a little.

Happening to me too. Has happened a few times now. I'm just trying to make the wood planks for Adi dang it. I reported it as a bug so hopefully they're able to figure it out soon.

Makes the game unplayable right now.
Has anyone found a solution? Even if I close the game and reload, the same thing happens every time I either try to craft something or press Tab

Hi, I bought my Fiancé the game and she is having this issue. She was in the Inspiration menu, and it did the exact same thing the ESC button didn't work and couldn't get out of the screen, we had to force close the game, she is playing it off of her computer through Steam and has the most up to date version (I just bought it for her) Any updates on this?
